Temporary road work outside really impacted access!!! An iron that offers better steam functionality would elevate the experience significantly!!! A lack of better lighting in the common areas feels frustrating at times!!!

the mattress was a disaster until they flipped it, how delightful. And the steam iron? so basic, I could hardly believe it. a complimentary welcome gift would have been a simple gesture, but alas, I guess my expectations were too high. I almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn’t, sadly.
